REFUND POLICY  | Refund Procedure

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not please return the product within fourteen (14) days and we will do a refund within the next three (3) working days!                                                                                      

Returns with receipt:  Please keep your receipt and we will be happy to exchange or refund any unused items within fourteen (14) days of purchase                                                                                                                                    

  • Returns without original receipt:  We will be unable to make refunds on items without a receipt. We would however be able to exchange for a different item or offer gift vouchers to the value of the current selling price. Ordinarily if you have your receipt or delivery note we'll refund the original debit, credit or charge card used to purchase                                    
  • Returns on Sale merchandise:    Items bought on sale can only be refunded or exchanged during the sale period.

It's important that any unwanted item is returned in a re-saleable condition. We'd expect this to mean that you've kept all original packaging and labels, and that it's undamaged and unused. 

  • Refunds on Purchases via Internet, Telephone or SMS

You could return your item to us at our shop or any z-locker outlet and tell them you bought it online. If you'd like a refund but don't have your receipt or order confirmation,  we will give you gift vouchers to the value of the current selling price of the item. Ordinarily if you have your receipt or delivery note we'll refund the original amount in the manner in which you paid.

 

Returns procedure

You can make free returns via our shops or Central delivery Points

1. Returns via our shop or a z-locker outlet

Simply take a print-out of your receipt or order confirmation and the product you wish to return to the shop or any z-locker outlet ( Please check our FAQs on homepage for z-locker locations) and tell the sales assistant you bought it online.                                                                                                                           

2. Returns via Phone

Please call us to arrange a pick up via phone (within Lagos only)

 

3. Returns via Central Delivery

For returns by customers outside Lagos, please fill a form to ARRANGE A RETURN or click  here to fill the form. Go to the central depot and ask that it be resent. Obtain a proof of your transaction. Returns without a return slip will result in a delay of your refund.
