1. What should I do if I do not receive my goods within the usual delivery time frame?
Our goods normally arrive within the specified delivery timeframe, however if it occurs please track your order online or contact our 24 hours customer help line on 08099993075. Alternatively you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will investigate any problems and queries immediately.
2. Can my order be delivered the next day?
Please call us on urgent orders once they are made. They should be placed 12noon the previous day
3. Can my order be delivered overseas?
Currently we deliver within Nigeria and West African countries. Kindly call us on 08099993075 or email us for other countries and we would be delighted to help.
4. How can I pay for my order?
Payment for goods online may be made in Naira Visa or Mastercard. You can also opt for cash on delivery.
5. Can I cancel or amend my order once it has been placed?
All orders are processed immediately, which means that we are unable to amend or cancel orders once they have been placed, so please do make sure you are happy with your order before placing it. If you require additional items, you can place a new order. Items you no longer require can be returned for an exchange or refund. 6. If I return items, how soon will I be refunded?
Returns will be refunded within three working days of receiving your returned items. Returns are free and can either be done through the shop, Zhoni outlets, the central delivery points or you can arrange a pick up if you are within Lagos. Do ensure you obtain proof of any returns you send to us, if they are sent via central Delivery locations.
